My friend gave me his website file for his ecommerce website, as he said I can use his file as a template for my new ecommerce website. I tried importing the website file, everything is successful until the screen displays “done activating mu-plugins”. It stayed like that for over 5 hours so I decided to click stop importing. Please help…

I am using wordpress directly from the website.

You have mu-plugins that are not supported on the new hosting plan.
You will need to remove the muplugins from wp-content/mu-plugins then try again.
