Blocking CSS resources with using MaxCDN

I’m using MaxCDN via your plugin and there is one point which I have to fix in Google Insights:
“Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Your page has 1 blocking CSS resources….
Optimize CSS Delivery of the following:
https://usa-bp7ssk63wichr3hu1c.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/cache/wpfc-minified/0afbc322fc1ede2e4fd9d05cd1e34aae/1502973614index.cssI read your tutorial, but as this file is cached by WPFC you can give me some idea how to fix it…
