Big problem with results url

Hello and thank you for this – possible – amazing plugin. I understood all parameters, I succeed in styling all I want, I have no problem with custom post types and making form.
But results is really a big mess.

The taging categories is showing the category template, the custom post type tagginf is showing the cpt template, when you both tagging a cat and a tax, it’s showing the page template, so it’s complicate. Is it possible to have always results on search.php ?

Also, it’s not showing the good posts, when it’s tagging with more than one cat or tax it’s showing nothing for results.
I think it’s an url problem, but I see that a lot of people post theses kind of problem and there is no answer.
Is there an issue? Should I change for another plugin… It’s sad, it could be so an excellent plugin…
