• We are converting a site to https from http and according to our crawl checker, the only things NOT converted are the custom post types.

For instance, view more and featured links are still going to http.

Can someone please tell me where to do this? Do I have to update something in the backend or do I need to do something in the database? I’ve updated all images and all that way but I’m wary of doing links generated by a plugin like this without some confirmation its necessary.

We have a full guide on how to migrate a Website here:
    https://wp-types.com/faq/how-do-i-migrate-a-wordpress-site-from-one-domain-to-the-other/

Links of the Type you mention, are not created by Types.
You have probably a Theme in place that displays those Links?

Types will only help you to create the Content, but the display is only available for Custom Fields ShortCodes.
Custom Post Types as an example will either display thru your Theme single.phh or your own custom post template.
