    Sent an email 2 days ago via your website hoping to buy the pro version, but wanted some questions answered first. Still no response. Are you serious about gaining new customers?

    I’m really sorry for the delay and for the inconvenience created. We are currently on summer break and support response times are a bit longer than usual.

    It is true that we haven’t communicated this in an effective way, most importantly that it does not show up on the support ticket page.
