Partial install?

I have set up a new website and I want to reinstall just my pages, posts and media. Is this possible? I have attempted to download and reinstall but this is a whopping 3gGB file and I get an error and redirection to pay for install large than 500mb? Do I have to pay the extra or is there away around this?
