Cannot see submissions

    I am confused I have the pro version, sometimes when my clients submit documents or photo’s they are there. But sometimes it doesn’t work. I don’t understand why it works and it doesn’t. Can you please give me some assistance .

    Thanks for posting about this problem!

    Please note, that this issue is most probably caused by server limitations on your website. It’s possible that users submit images, which are very large, and the server doesn’t let them to be sent.

    Could you contact your hosting provider, and ask them to have a look?
