    Hello, I need to let any users/visitors/guests to be able to submit posts. They need to be approved by the admin after. Is this possible?

    Yes, you can set the option, “Auto Publish”, to “Always Moderate”. That way, all submitted posts will be held as a Draft or Pending (whichever you choose in the setting). So then the admin will be able to approve (publish) or deny (trash) each post.
