Plugin schedule other plugins

Hello all, well i have a doubt not sure if this is the right place, i’m looking for a plugin or a method to make others plugin activate in a specific times, or mb there is a way using jQuery, to be clear my costumers has a radio online, in a certain hours the radio streaming is hooked from other server so basically what they want is that let say at 8 o’clock to 10 the streaming plugin deactivate the regular and activate the other web streaming, i search in google but because schedule, hook, programming and others words are use to refer some WP terms i was not lucky at all
