Horrible Customer Support

I purchased two extensions for the popup maker. A total of $50 for a website I’m building and need a popup to complete. I kept getting an error message and couldn’t download the extension. I contacted customer support and received no less than 12 back and forth emails from “Robert” mansplaining how to download a file. Seriously? Could we not assume that if I’m building a website, that maybe, just maybe, I know how to download a file? I finally made a video showing Robert his step by step instructions on how to download a file wasn’t working for this little lady and received a response that they are off for the weekend. So now they have my $50 and I have an incomplete website.
