Hi @donalmccaffrey,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Yes you have to set header image in the theme option here customizer/blog settings/blog index settings
Best regards,
Vinod Dalvi
Hi Vinod
The problem is that only applies to the post pages (latest posts in my navbar).
https://guided-mountain-walks.com/alpujarras-trip-2016/
There is no header image on all the other pages, for example the one below.
https://guided-mountain-walks.com/about-us/
Thanks
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Shapely theme.
Have you made any changes in the theme files?
If yes then please revert it or try reinstalling latest version of it.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Hi Vinod
I tried deactivating all the plugins but no effect. I suspect it must have something to do with changes previously made in the theme files but I have checked the header php file and everything seems OK. If I temporarily change to another theme, uninstall shapely and then reinstall and activate the Shapey theme, might that work? As I day the issue is there is no header option in customizer and so no no header images (except on the post pages).
Thanks
I have it sorted Vinod
For some reason I was missing a <?php do_action(‘apply_header_images’); ?>
Thanks for your help
Awesome great to see you got that sorted.
You are most welcome here 🙂
