Filter does not work since latest update

    Hello,

    since the last update i can`t use the sidebar filter.

    Hi F242,

    We checked your product catalogue page on our side. We can use filters in side bar. We tried searching album name, selected categories, subcategories. It does filter properly and give search as it should be. Can you tell us what is that particular issue you are getting while sidebar filter.

    Hello,

    you can use them and then it says “Updating Results” but you dont get the result of the filter, instead you get the full cataloge.
    It seems tha shortcodes like [insert-products catalogue_url=”https://www.freestate.de/depeche_mode_discography/depeche-mode-singles/” product_ids=”815,108,109,106″ product_count=”1″ products_wide=”1″ ]
    also didn`t work anymore

    Hi f242,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We did some further testing and it seems like the custom fields are indeed always displaying all results, no matter what you choose in the filtering. We’ll have a look to see why this is happening and include any necessary corrections in an upcoming update.

    Hi,
    since the update to 4.2.13 the shortcodes works again. Thank you.
    The Filter Problem is still alive

    Sorry, it seems to be a problem with the cache 😉 Works thine at the moment
