Transferring files using FTP

    I am using Filezilla FTP client to backup my WordPress files from the server to my local disk with a view to switching hosting providers.

    t is am sure an obvious question but I have successfully logged in, created a backup folder on my local disk and selected all the files on the server. The final step is not to move them from one to the other. I tried to drag and drop but that did not work.

    What step(s) do I need to do to comp0let this operation.
