Rating widget affecting site speed

Hi,

I am using the star ratings on my site. Every time I run a Google speed test I get the following CSS optimisation reccomendations:

I am not actually using the toprated widget anywhere on my site, only the star ratings – so not sure why this is render-blocking, or even loading at all.

Please could you help me fix it? Is there a way to disable these files?
