Text over lapping with header | WordPress.org

my test is overlapping with my header image. when i am in customizing it is fine but when i click my URL it is overlapping. How can i fix this ?

sorry but this did not help. i am very new to wordpress so maybe i have done the instructions wrong. could you explain please. when i am in customize the page layout is perfect and also perfect on mobile, but when i go to my website online on my pc it is doing the overlapping. sorry for any inconvenience but your help would be greatly appreciated.
