Creating Custom Payment Gateway

Hello all, trust you are all doing great.

I have directory theme I am trying to customize, the theme only supports paypal and stripe for payment package.

Is it possible to add a customized payment gateway? (The theme doesn’t support Woocommerce as a payment gateway)
