    Hi there,

I am having an issue that I see has already been asked in this forum, but I have not found a solution that works for me. On screen sizes with a shorter width, my mega menu gets cut off and does not scroll.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

The issue is due to the header being sticky, which makes it impossible to scroll the menu contents (the page background scrolls instead).

I’d recommend making the sub menu wider and changing it to 6 columns (to reduce the height of the sub menu). If you need to make it shorter still and add a scrollbar, you can try:

    Hi there,

I’ve tried adding in the CSS to insert the scroll bar and am still not able to fix the issue. I’ve even tried reducing the height, but cannot get anything to change, unfortunately.

Thank you for any help that you can give!

    Hi,

Your site CSS looks like it is cached/minified so please try clearing the CSS cache.

I have tried a couple of times and still, am not showing any changes. Is there something else I can try? Thanks for your help!

    Hi,

The CSS is still being minified/cached, so I’m not sure whether the cache or the custom CSS is the problem.

Please can you completely disable the CSS minification while I take a look? I think you are using W3 Total Cache (and maybe other caching plugins) – so you will need to disable all caching related plugins.

    Regards,
    Tom

Thank you again for your help! I’ve deactivated anything that caches! 🙂

I was able to figure it out! It was a custom CSS issue! Thank you again for your help!
