Subscription Level ID Not Showing

    I have invested many hours trying to locate the subscription level ID. The help says to hover over the Level name, and it will reveal the code. The picture on the help shows a column that reveals the ID # – I do not have the column. Please help.

    I presume I have the most current version, as it was downloaded in last 2 weeks.
