I am almost sure that I’ve saw options for thumbnails somewhere but I can’t find it. I would like to have custom size featured image

Hi there,
there’s no option in the theme to change the theme’s image sizes.

You might want to do that with a child-theme, see this recent user’s topic on how to do that:
