Stuck on one moment please

    Hi,

    When clients are using the contact form, its stuck on “one moment please” and nothing happens, how do I fix this?

    Can you reproduce the issue with your environment? If yes, are there any JavaScript errors in your browser’s debug console?

    What cformsII version do you use?

    Hi,

    Im not sure what you mean by reproduce?
    The version is 13.0

    Please update to version 14.13.3. I do not support such old versions. You risk being hacked using 13.0.
