Maybe you can check the post you’ve made, edit it, and make sure the “Allow comments on this post” is checked.

i have checked the post setting and still no work ..
I’m having the same problem on a couple of my sites. I’m looking for a fix also
I uploaded an edited comments.php and it’s fixed.
If you don’t know how to edit it..then upload the comments.php from the default theme. It will correct your problem.

Hello, i have problem with my wordpress in the comments area. The problem is why the comments of every post that has been made is always off. It says “Comments are closed”. I have set my discussion setting like these:
Default article settings:
1. Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article (slows down posting.) –> yes
2. Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.) –> no
3. Allow people to post comments on the article. –> yes
The last changes i made for my wordpress is delete all posts. I wonder is this the root of my problem ??
