[Plugin: qTranslate] Translate Tags not working

Okay this qtranslate plugin has turn into a nightmare, I been using it for about 3 weeks, work great with the new 2.7, but today I have upgraded plugin as requested. Now my menu has turn into this.

* [lang_en]Business Update[/lang_en][lang_de]Business Update[/lang_de][lang_zh]Business Update[/lang_zh]

So I decided to deactivated the plugin and I still see the tags [lang_en]…

[lang_en]Business Update[/lang_en][lang_de]Business Update[/lang_de][lang_zh]Business Update[/lang_zh]

So I have rename the file and still have the error [lang_de] ..

I have a commercial website I need a quick solution please…
