I need a specific plugin for countdown

It exists many plugins to create countdown on our website. But I can’t fin a plugin that permit to my visitors to create their own countdown, like this example:

After having a look at your example, I am pretty sure you need a customised plugin developed for your needs. Your need is customised. What you need is your visitors create their own countdown. Plugins would create countdown for some diffferent purposes which are existing in the directory. This is a very custom need.
Also this website you entioned does not seem to be using WordPress
