    Hi @stoorb,

This error indicates an inability to communicate with the MailChimp API.

    1. Make sure you’re using the correct MailChimp API key.

    2. Clear your API cache (instructions here: https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/api-cache-settings/)

    3. Go to MailChimp.com and make sure the list you’re using is a valid list and has form fields attached to it

Let me know if it’s still not working,
    Kevin.

Hmm. The error report is showing that all of your MailChimp API calls are failing. Someone else had this same issue last week and following these steps it was resolved:

    1. Delete plugin
    2. Re-install the plugin
    3. Input your API key -> are you connected? Any issues? Please make sure you’re using the API key connected to your client’s MailChimp account.
    4. Go to the “Opt-in Forms” page -> Are you able to see your lists? Are you able to make a new form based on an existing list?
    5. Create a new form based on one of your lists. -> Are you able to see the merge fields? Are you able to interact with the form?

I do not think deleting and re-installing the plugin is necessary as the issue is with API connectivity but if you have only one form and aren’t losing much, you could try those steps.
