Google Map not showing

First of all, thank you for this plugin!

I have enabled the Google Map thumbnail feature in this plugin but the front-end is displaying a broken image symbol. When I view the image link in a browser, I get this error message:
The Google Maps API server rejected your request. This service requires an API key.

The image is here:
https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/staticmap?zoom=2&size=300×300&maptype=roadmap&markers=color:blue%7Clabel:S%7C29.957906,-90.064803&sensor=false

I know Google recently started requiring API keys for certain services.

Can you check this feature and let me know if I’m doing something wrong?

Sorry this was so slow. I have added an API key field in the setting page to version 1.3, which is available now.

The maps are free for images smaller than 650px and for less than 25,000 views a day, but then you need to get an API key.

Hi,

First of all I would like to sincerely say Thank You very much to the developer of this plugin as it’s very-very important for me as a photographer. It’s great to see that the Static Google Map works now.

The only problem I have is I can’t get it to show Lens info and this is a very important info. I cant find it under the Settings of the Plugins to tick.

Please kindly help me, how can I show this info.

Hi there, i added the API Key and reupload an Image with 640*480 size but the map didnt show up.
