Have you checked the homepage without login into the WordPress?
If without login you post coming then you have to check your query for display the post and you have to pass the post_status=> array('publish') parameter to your query.

Do you have any caching plugins or host-based caching? If so, clear that cache. Also, it may be cached locally in your browser.

I use W3tc i clear all cache nothing happen, i delete a post and it disappear.
