• The past several weeks I’ve had one of my users not be able to upload any images to our website. The rest of us can just not him. Contacted my Host and they don’t see any issues with the site and suggest it’s his ISP which also said nothing is wrong (He can upload to his own personal blog) So any suggestions? We are a news website so images are obviously very important

    Ask him to start his browser in “safe mode” will all extensions/add-ons disabled.

    He is gonna try the safe mode…..We tried with all the plugins deactivated and still gets the error. It’s weird and hard to determine since I don’t see it nor does my hosting provider.

    It’s *something* on his PC — either an antivirus thing, a browser extension — or something in his connection.
