I am happy to inform you, that our development team has resolved the problem on your website. They have added the following code:
yearRange: '-100:+0',
in /form-maker/js/formmaker_div.js and /form-maker/frontend/views/FMViewForm_maker.php files of the plugin, in .datepicker({ Javascript object. Could you please have a look?
