stuck on database restore.

    I’ve been trying to restore my backup but it gets stuck on the part of restoring the database. It’s always stuck on 0%. I can’t do anything about it and I can’t figure out how to open to .press file myself. I know this problem has been mentioned before but I need some help or instructions to fix this.

    What version of the plugin have you used to export and import?
    Can you reach us over to support at servmask.com if you are using version 6.54
