localisation

Hi,
I don’t undertsand my form does not display in french whereas the fr_FR localisation file exists.
It displays in english: “Post title” instead of “titre de l’article”

Hello, I also tried with other languages and no translation displayed also when the site is setup using another language. Thank you for your help.
