Column Mapping Issue in 3.1.1

I have Woocommerce 3.1.1 installed, I’m trying to use the new “import” feature. I exported a sample and I’m trying to update one of the columns. The file I’m trying to import is “ID” and, I’m using italian language so the “Tax Rate”, field “Aliquota di imposta” After I upload I get a blank screen under the “Column Mapping” step. I cannot proceed further. These are the 4 steps:

Upload CSV files
Column mapping
Import
Done!

* Is there a different header in my CSV file I should be using beside “ID” and “Aliquota di imposta”?
* Is there an issue with the Italian language version?
* Is there something I should do differently?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
