Storing Credit Card Info

    Hi, I had a question about the Recurring Donations Add-on. I was just wondering where the credit card info is stored. Would it be on our server if we purchase the WP Plugin? I am just concerned about PCI Compliance, what would happen if our server became compromised and all that.

    Give never stores credit card information EVER. That is a major security issue. Instead, all credit card information is sent securely over the payment gateway API so that it never touches your server at all. This is best practice in online payments not only with Give, but with all e-commerce platforms.

    Give does not negatively impact your PCI Compliance in any way. Just keep in mind that PCI Compliance is about a lot more than just your donation form.
