Bulk selection does not work

    Hello! There was a need to clean the media library of files that are not really on the server, but were saved in the database. To do this, I used the mask search (audio files) for May 2017. There were many files (several thousand). I pressed on Bulk Select, waited several hours, but nothing stood out. Plugin Media Cleaner also did not help. This problem is somehow solved? Thanks.

    hi there,

    try the following:

    Media -> Library and from the top left you will select viewing mode List.
    then check “File” checkbox at the top of the list and make sure you have “Bulk actions” selected in the dropdown above, then hit “Apply”.

    hope it solves your issue.

    Thanks! But this way I can select a maximum of 20 files for 1 time. Can I increase the number of selected files?

    try this thing, switch back to grid view.
    now click on “Bulk select” then holding down SHIFT button, click on first item and while still holding SHIFT scroll to the last item and click on that one.

    it should select all the files in between. should do the trick.
