Lightbox Issues

    Hi I have checked the forum and there seems to be a few issues on lightboxes not loading correctly. The only thing I have tried from previous topics with similar problems is deleting plugins.

    Still no luck. It was working a couple of weeks a go. (Thickbox) Now it displays as a basic generic slide show.

    I have tried changing the settings in other options> lightbox effects> Thickbox> only apply to nextgen images

    but it does not change anything.

    @timholden0 – You appear to be using the Basic ImageBrowser option under Gallery > Gallery Settings > NextGEN Basic Thumbnails … try setting that option to No, clearing your image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous (as well as any other caches on the site) then have another look at your inserted album display you shared the link to.

    Hello, tried this and still no luck. Unless it is displaying ok on your browser?
    Any other ideas?

    @timholden0 – If you are using the “Link to page” option for the gallery then you will need to edit each gallery you have inserted into those pages and change the customizations options so they do not use the ImageBrowser (I may have missed the possible “Link to page” aspect of this issue originally).
