Some things to check:
1) Using the latest version of the plugin
2) Using correct codes for the reCAPTCHA settings
3) The required JavaScript is included on the page
4) Only one copy of the required JavaScript is included on the page (that is, there are no other plugins or scripts that also may be including the reCAPTCHA script)
I would carefully check each one of those items to see if there is any issue.
Dear Jeff
I would to know if the upload image can be done as required.. because most of the user they post without inserting images to my post ?
Thanks in advance
Yes, under the plugin’s “Image Uploads” settings, change the option “Minimum number of images” to something greater than zero. Remember to save your changes.
I updated plugin because it says that resolve error with recaptcha but still I have the issue that when posting a captcha error is displayed.
Any help?
I do not have an error with captcha and anyway i disabled it, you should try.
Yes, of course if I disable it I don’t have the error.
No, I mean that you should tried to use your website without captcha, I disabled it and User submitted form is not spammed by bots.
Ok, you say that is no necessary. I’m doing this actually.
But would be great to solve this anyway.
Thank you!
Maybe you have high traffic, but on my small shops I was surprised that I do not get spam with this plugin. I even use it for contact form now, as all other contact plugins are too much spammed.
