Single Menu not linking when clicked

    Hello, I have the single menu configured with sub-menus but it does not link when clicked except you right click and select ‘open link in new tab’, there is no action, I have the menu set up right in wordpress, I have removed the shortcode from the <head> tag in the theme header(header.php) and placed it in the <body> tag but there is no change. I need your help on this please… Thank you..
