    Dear aoliver88,

    Thank you for your post.
    Seems that your theme styles are influencing on plugin’s codes thus why the mentioned symbol appears at the top of the slider.

    May we kindly ask you to change your theme to one of default WordPress themes for a few seconds only in order to check if the arrow disappears or not?
