Mail Chimp plugin not working

    Hi,
    I subscribed to the MailChimp plugin. Have set it up by entering license key, connected successfully to MailChimp with API key and assigned a file to the mailchimp list. So far so good.

    However, I can not get the downloads to redirect to a MailChimp subscription form. The download just starts as before without the MailChimp plugin.

    I have tried delightful downloads premium support without any reply.

    Can anyone in the forum provide some advise?
