ExtensionHawk Stripe plugin conflict

We use the plugin Give Donations & the Give-Stripe Gateway plugin that is associated with that. When I activate Give-Stripe Gateway plugin, the message appears: Stripe Payment for Woocommerce (ExtensionHawk) may not work properly because another Stripe Payment plugin is active. Please Deactivate the corresponding plugin. This means that Stripe is no longer a Gateway option in Woo Commerce.

I have checked with Give Donations & they suggest that I need to contact ExtensionHawk as Give Donations don’t have any issues with Give-Stripe plugin working with other Stripe plugins.

Can you help please?
