does this plugin support multiple email subscriptions

I am happy with this plugin as it will sort out my issue with people buying products from my site who live in different countries but, can I use this plugin for email subscriptions as well? For example, my website compares a product you can only buy in the country of origin so I need to make sure people in Aus or in the UK, when they subscribe to my emails to receive local updates, they receive them and not from the wrong country.

If this plugin doesn’t support this, can you point me in the right direction?
