Changing variable output

    Hi,

    How can I change the output of %%ct_<custom-tax-name>%%? Right now, if a post has several taxonomy entries, the variable outputs the data in the following format: Child taxonomy, Parent taxonomy

    How can I change it to output the parent taxonomy first, followed by the child taxonomy and without the comma?
