The chat box does not start touching a border

    When I configure the start position of chat box, it starts like the plugin screenshot (Some inches far from the border), as the chat box was a important part of page layout.

    I don’t have option to start it minimized and touching the border.

    Sometimes we offer the chat just like an optional support tool. The customer always can check it is available, so he uses just if he wants.

    This is a desire feature.

    Hi pliniofm,

    By default, the chat box is displayed at a small distance from the border. The ability to change the distance from the border will be added soon. Also, the setting to start the chat box minimized has been fixed in a recent update, so that should be working now.
