    Hi,

    I am using updraftplus to backup my website and I am getting this error continuously:
    The attempt to close the zip file returned an error ().
    My webhost company says I have unlimited space.
    I have been using this plugin since february, and have had no issues whatsoever. Any clue on what could be the problem?

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log?
    This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

    This backup is not finishing as it is getting stuck with the error.

    Hi,

    It appears that the server is aborting the zipping process early.

    Please could you try reducing the ‘Split archives every’ option (found in the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab) to 25MB? Then attempt a fresh backup.

    Does the backup complete successfully?
