Hide Social Menu – Emotions Lite

    Hello, I would like to hide the social menu. I did not set up a social menu but the search icon is there nevertheless.
    I would like to have just a narrow line there and no bar.

    I did it like this:

    in the custom CSS I added:
    #social-breadcrumbs-wrapper {
    display: none;
    }

    I thought I’d let you know I am getting closer…

    You can just remove the social menu
    Go to Appearance / Menus / Social Menu
    uncheck “Social Menu” under Display locations on the bottom of the page

    Thanks for the swift reply. I love this theme, by the way! It is very beautiful.

    I am not sure where “Appearance” can be found. I have the German version.
    Is that in the “Customizer”?
    I solved it with the CSS but it seems there was a much easier way that I do not see.

    ok… “Appearance” is called “Design” in German:)
    I do not have the option to disable the social menu because I did not set up one. But even then, there is a bar for the search option on the web page. And no way to hide it.

    yes, you can remove the menu in customizer as well
