How to deactivate plugin from WordPress directory listing?

    Hi There,

    We are product developer company and we have some free plugins listed on wordpress plugin directory.We want to deactivate one of them from directory for some security issues.Can anyone please help us in this to achieve?

    One more thing,after fixing glitches in our plugin,shall we able to re-open same?
