Mobile does not open without the “/”. help!!!

My domain has a theme installed for website and blog.
Website: http://juazoli.com
Blog: http://juazoli.com/blogFrom my desktop I can access http://juazoli.com/blog without the “/” at the end.
But from any cell phone, I can not access http://juazoli.com/blog. Opens the page blank.
From the cell phone, I am obliged to access http://juazoli.com/blog/ by placing the “/” after the “blog”. 🙁
It happened after I installed a cache plugin. The fastest cache wp.
Can you help me?
