Hi,
That is the post navigation. At the end of each post there are 2 buttons: one to the previous (chronological) post and one to the next.
You can edit single.php and comment out this line (#33):
echo get_the_post_navigation($args);

That’s probably from Jetpack Related Posts, has nothing to do with the theme.
