We started receiving the following error/warning message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/ecoterra/public_html/wp-check.php:32) in /home/ecoterra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall/security-malware-firewall.php on line 154

Hello acommarata,

Some file called wp-check.php laying in the root folder started to output something before we set a cookies.

I think that there are some spaces or a new line symbols. We recommend to edit this file and clean it from such errors.
The responsible plugin is NinjaFirewall (WP Edition). We have reported about the error on their support forum. (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/warning-cannot-modify-header-information-181/)

Hello,

Please, read the answer from the developers of the NinjaFirewall plugin. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/warning-cannot-modify-header-information-181/
They tell that this is normal situation. May be some one of the plugins outputs something before it should.

Unfortunately we can’t do nothing about. Some other plugin cause it.
Our suggestion about manually fix via FTP is still actual.
