I have seen obama.org is on wordpress.
Can i get the same by shifting my current domain name on wordpress?

What do you mean by domain? Maybe it’s worth looking at this article that explains the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
