[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Picture quality

This is my wordpress blog
I have a problem with my gallery in NextGEN Gallery. The pictures in the gallery are to big and therefore is the quality not god. When im trying to reduce the size under image settings, resize image nothing happens. How can i get the gallery to show the pictures in their original size?
